SHILSHOLE WEEKLY CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES

Week of May 9

 Throughout the week of May 9th, the Contractor will continue work on the new
primary electrical substation north of Seaview Boatyard and east of D Dock.

 Work will also continue along the eastern most portion of the parking lot from
the furthest south entrance near D Dock to the main entrance near Central Pier;
specific activities include: pipe installation and concrete pouring. Critical drive
ways will remain open. Vehicle and pedestrian traffic will be rerouted as needed.

 On Monday, the Contractor will complete work on the waterline trench between
Seaview Ave and D Dock, including pipe installation, testing, backfilling, and
patching with asphalt. Cutover of the waterline from the old to the new will
require a brief shutdown of water service to the marina.

 Starting on Tuesday, waterline work will extend along the sidewalk between D
Dock and A Pier, including fencing, erosion control, and pavement excavation. The
drive aisle closest to the sidewalk will be closed and traffic will be rerouted as
needed.

 M-3 restroom building demolition will occur throughout the week. The waste oil
recycle tank and canopy next to the M-3 building will also be removed. A larger hot
water tank and additional washers and dryers have been installed in building M-4,
which reopened last month.

 Beginning Wednesday, a new drive entry will be installed south of the main entry
in the center of the marina and perimeter fencing will go up surrounding the work
area for the new marina building.

 Signs will be posted along the sidewalk that the marina and commercial
businesses are open for business.

 Please note the permit parking places for marina moorage and building tenants
may be relocated during construction. Only vehicles displaying a 2005 parking
permit may park in designated permit stalls.

 Some construction noise and debris will occur near each construction area.
