Crime stats for Shilshole Bay Marina as reported by Port of Seattle Police Officer Shin via the Monday night VMan Net.

1- Theft from a boat. Unfortunately not much info yet as far as what was stolen and from which dock.

1- Suspicious Activity: Suspicious suspects reported near A dock. Officer spoke to subjects and they left the property.

Officer Shin once again mentioned that with the upcoming holiday season we should all continue to keep our eyes open and refrain from leaving packages in our cars. Historically the holidays tend to bring an increase in activity. She said she has noticed quite a few cars with shiny new packages inside while driving around our lot.

Keeping your car empty is the best option but if that’s not possible, at least try to hide your items.

*Area checks are when officers self dispatch to an area to make sure nothing is going on and provide a presence. Be sure to join in the VMan net on Monday nights at 8pm VHF channel 71. The Port of Seattle Police are once again participating in the net and willing to answer questions. Tenants are encouraged to stay vigilant & report ANY suspicious activity to the Port of Seattle Police by calling 911 and asking for the Port Of Seattle Police.
